Job Description

Company: IndustryBees India Pvt Ltd
Territory: Pune, Mumbai, Vidarbha, Western Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives
Reporting To: Sales Manager

Role Purpose

Generate new business and expand existing accounts for IndustryBees’ range of automotive tools and equipment, meeting monthly sales and collection targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Focus AreaCore Activities
Prospecting & Lead GenerationIdentify workshops, dealerships and industrial users; schedule visits and product demos.
Account ManagementBuild relationships with existing customers, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with the service team for after-sales support.
Quotation & NegotiationPrepare quotes in Zoho CRM/Excel, negotiate price and terms within company guidelines.
Target AchievementAchieve monthly order and payment goals; maintain an up-to-date sales funnel.
ReportingSubmit daily visit reports and market feedback through Zoho CRM.

Required Profile

  • Experience: 2–3 years field sales in automotive tools, equipment, or related industrial products
  • Education: Any graduate/diploma; technical aptitude preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Zoho preferred)
    • Negotiation, objection-handling, and territory planning
  • Other: Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region; own two-wheeler ideal
